Praticamente it is a textbook designed for an audience of adult and young adult beginners (pre-A1) who want to learn the basics of Italian in a fast, practical, and engaging way.
Based on a communicative approach, the textbook is particularly suitable for an English-speaking audience or for those who need support in a bridge language, thanks to the instructions and grammar explanations also translated into English. Moreover, it can be used as a preparatory step for any Italian textbook.

The book is made up of 7 units, each organized into four sections:

• In the In class section you will find learning activities that deal with the new vocabulary and new linguistic-grammatical structures, along with audio tracks accessible via QR code.
• In the In summary section you will find a brief recap of the communicative functions and vocabulary, also translated into English, as well as summary tables of the grammatical structures covered in the unit.
• In the At home section you will find reinforcement exercises related to the lesson content, including a rich set of lexical and grammatical activities.
• In the Cultural Pills section, accessible via QR codes available at the end of the book or in the Supplement in the e-book version, you will find short readings in English on aspects of Italian culture related to the topics of the units. These readings serve as a stimulus for further insights and for intercultural and intracultural reflection in class.

Licence Duration

The code gives for 18 months to the units of the book. It will be possible to listen to the audio tracks, to insert texts, notes or images, to highlight and to use several tools available for the students (interactive grammar, glossaries etc.).

Moreover, the hours can also be used to access educational resources (tests, games, homework, blogs) sent by the teacher in the classroom of their own virtual classroom.
